Dorset and Wiltshire Wing is made up of 28 units spread across the two counties and the Channel Islands. A mix of city, rural, coastal and island locations make up the diverse and sprawling Wing. The 300 or so Adult Volunteers that run Squadrons and make up the Wing Staff come from a wide range of backgrounds and from all walks of life. Joiners, engineers, healthcare, emergency service staff, civil servants, business owners and serving military personnel to name a few.
The Cadets that make up our Wing are as diverse as our volunteers. Aged 12 to 19 years old they joined looking for something new, something exciting and somewhere to belong; seeking to live up to our motto: Venture Adventure.
